Ensure your physical sewing patterns are unopened, uncut, and in their original factory-fold condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization code.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the patterns to prevent creasing during transit and drop off the parcel at any authorized postal carrier location.
Receive Refund
